It's good, I like it. I might suggest adding a little more colour to the masthead and making the issue/website a little easier to see?
I really like this one you can see more of her face perhaps add colour to the strapline? ;)
it looks good, but i think you should make the "perfect christmas ideas" box abit smaller so its not on the face
